Tammy is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. Her family flipped homes her entire childhood so she gained experienced working in construction and the bookkeeping side of the process in the real estate industry. She graduated from Withrow High School in 1987 at the top 1% of her class. When she moved to Bloomington, Indiana in 1987, she worked her way into managing with several companies. She purchased her first home in 1989 at the age of 20 and her second home in 2001. While raising a family of her own, she extended her education at IVY Tech working on her associate’s degree holding honors and joined Phi Theta Kappa. In Feb. 2001 she set out on a journey into the real estate industry with a large firm. After 14 years she decided to take her experience not only to make it her own, but help other agents work towards goals to assist the community. She designed a company to not only help serve, but also give back to the community as well. In Sept. 2014 she announced a one-year commitment donating a portion of her proceeds to the Olcott Center for Cancer Education. She also donated several inches of hair to the Children with Hair Loss. Since she opened her own company in 2014, She also sponsored local bowling leagues, children’s football team with Parks and Recs and softball teams. Each year she looks to “Give back to the Community” sponsorships.
